Terms of Service

Before hiring 68 Designs, LLC to create, design, develop or modify a new or existing site, you must agree to the following terms.

68 Designs, LLC agrees to expeditiously and without delay begin the process of developing or modifying a site upon receipt of an initial deposit. Any assets (including but not limited to text and images) that the client wants included in the site must be provided to us in a timely manner. 68 Designs, LLC will not be responsible for delays in development due to non-receipt of these assets.
You may not copy and distribute copies of any program's source code as you receive it, in any medium.
Subsequent payments are due on a schedule that is agreed upon by 68 Designs, LLC and the client prior to receipt of the initial deposit.
You may not copy, modify, sublicense, distribute or transfer any portion of the site except as expressly provided by 68 Designs, LLC. Any attempt otherwise to copy, modify, sublicense, distribute or transfer the Program is void, and will automatically terminate your rights to use the Program under this License and may be punishable by law.
You may use each purchase on one website. If you have multiple sites you will have to purchase one license for each site.
Transfer of ownership of the site is not restricted by these terms of service. However, if the site is sold, the entire site must be transferred without duplication. No fees will be assessed by 68 Designs, LLC for the transfer or sale. Fees will only be assessed if the new owner requires training or help in becoming familiar with the management of the site.
In no event shall 68 Designs, LLC be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the site.
