The Process

If you are within any of the areas listed below and have a "brick-and-mortar" store, we would like the opportunity to meet with you personally. We feel that actually visiting your business is vital in understanding what your online store should look and feel like. Our goal is for your e-store to complement your business - both aesthetically and financially.If you are outside our service area, we can schedule a telephone interview to assess your needs.

We'll take a few minutes to ask questions regarding goals or expectations you have for the site, how comfortable you are using the web, information about how you will process transactions, whether or not you are using third-party stores (such as eBay® or Paypal®). We will also answer any questions you may have about the site such as "How does money get into my checking account when a customer makes a purchase?", "How will I know when an order has been placed?", "Can I track my inventory online?".

Once you are satisfied with the answers we've provided, we'll go back to the office and come up with a cost/time estimate. Each quote is specifically developed for each business. We don't adhere to a "one size fits all" mentality. The cost of the site will be determined by such factors as:

• whether you are a wholesaler, distributor or retailer.
• whether you are providing goods, services or rentals.
• if you are offering items for sale, whether they are tangible or intangible products.
